Mobile phone games, or simple, mobile games, are what sells the most, simply because users enjoy having games on their phones, something that fits in their pockets.

PUBG Mobile

PUBG on the PC and consoles has suffered, mostly due to their inability to adapt to the Battle Royale genre, as other games have done so, namely Fortnite and Apex Legends. Battle royale is a fun genre but when you bring it to the mobile phones, it becomes a genre that can reach millions of fans in a second.

Everybody who has ever seen colorful objects being connected on a screen, mobile or desktop, has probably run into Candy Crush Saga or some of its many clones.

This game, the original, is one of the most sold games on the planet. Millions of users enjoy connecting colorful candy to get rid of it and be one step closer to completing whichever the mission objective is.

The game is pretty easy at the start, but gradually ramps up until you have to plan every candy rotation. It is a great puzzle game, for both adults and children.

Garena Free Fire

Why not add another battle royale to the list, a game which has relatively decent and colorful graphics and looks like Fortnite, but is actually a game of its own, a mobile battle royale and one of the most popular games if we look at the stats. 

Shoot your way through many opponents to win, just like in PUBG. It is a different take on a battle royale, one which is more colorful and less serious, which is why it is popular with a younger audience.

Arena of Valor

Tencent is known for making and backing MOBA games, and this is not an exception. Arena of Valor is known under a different name, as well, Honor of Kings, as it is called in the Chinese gaming world.

This game is one of the most popular MOBAs out there, the only problem being that the game has suffered immensely after the Chinese put a limit of one hour per week gaming for everybody under 18.

Despite that, Arena of Valor is still doing well in the Western part of the world.
